Middle School New Student Registration
Please continue with this page only if you are registering a new student that is coming from outside the Lanier Cluster of schools.
Step 1: Complete this required online registration form for each student. The information entered is secure. Required school forms will be generated from the information given. Please note: This DOES NOT complete your child's registration process. You must bring in the required forms listed below before your child will be assigned a homeroom.
Step 2: Bring in the following Required Documentation

Step 4:: Please complete this online PTSA form.
Step 5 : Complete and turn in to the front office this Parent Portal registration form. This gives you online access to your child's school information such as attendance, grades, etc. (Photo ID required)
Step 6 : If you would like information about our school nutrition program, please click here. Click here if you need information regarding Free and Reduced Lunch as well as to complete an online application.
Step 7 : Bring in if applicable:
- If your child's immunization record is out of state, it needs to be transferred to a GA form. Click here for more details.
- Residency Affidavits (only if applicable), click here. Please print, complete, have notarized, and return to school with required documentation.
- GCPS Transportation Form for Alternate Address Request Complete only if your child is being picked up or dropped off by a GCPS Bus at an address other than the child’s home address and must be approved by GCPS Transportation Dept. scroll down to Middle School forms.
