Middle School Registration Information
Summer Enrollments- Please Call 770-945-8419 to make an Appointment
Only
the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the student can register their child. Legal guardians must bring guardianship
papers.
The
following information is needed before or when you register:

Bring
proof of residency with one of these documents:

A
current Georgia Immunization Certificate and
-
A
Georgia Hearing,
Vision, and Dental Certificate
-
07-08
report card showing promotion
-
Copy
of standardized test scores, if possible
-
Copy
of discipline record
-
Student's
birth certificate

and/or Georgia Hearing, Vision and Dental Certificate:
These forms can be obtained
from your private physician or a local health department. Buford
Health Department is located at 2755 Sawnee Avenue which is directly
across from Buford High School. For more information

Lanier Middle School prides itself in helping
your child's enrollment process be a pleasant experience. Following registration,
we suggest that your child begin school the next day with all the necessary
materials to begin a rewarding educational experience.
